“I have nothing to wear”

You’re dashing to get ready for work, the school run or off to meet a friend but after staring blankly
into the wardrobe you decide you have nothing to wear. It’s a scenario I’m sure we’re all familiar
with and one that can leave us feeling miserable and on the back foot for the rest of the day.

Typically, most women wear just 20% of their clothing 80% of the time. So what makes up that other 80%?
Leather pants from 10 years ago. A gorgeous expensive dress that’s just not quite right. Jumpers with tags still attached.
Trousers two sizes too small, T-shirts that weren’t mean to last five months much less five years.

So why do we all seem to be notoriously bad at getting rid of clothes we no longer wear?
Well, there are a number of reasons:

The clothes don’t fit – maybe you’ve lost or put on weight or bought something in a smaller size thinking it won’t be too long before it can fit


An impulse buy – you went shopping and even though you didn’t love anything you felt you need to buy something

each morning and can pull together outfits that suit you and make you feel good.

The session will include:

Understand you, your lifestyle, your requirements and how you shop, teaching you what works and why.
Demonstration of how to create outfits and how they can be adapted/accessorized for daytime/evening.
A priority shopping list of items that will fill in the gaps in your current wardrobe.
An edit of your wardrobe to decide which outfits work or not.
Organisation of your wardrobe.

The session is fun and informal and also very productive.

Clever dressing not only saves you time and money but makes you feel more organized and liberated. It means that when it comes to shopping you know what to look for and packing for holidays becomes a pleasure rather than a chore as everything works together.

The session lasts approximately three hours. The total cost is £120. But book a personal shopping session with Kathryn and receive a £20 discount.

For those with larger or seasonal wardrobes, additional hours may be purchased at a cost of £40 per hour.
